I am using a hardware modded wii. I get past the safety screen then a black screen comes up and it says cannot read disc refer to owners manual. Anyone else have this problem?

What's the difference between this and the PAL version?

It seems that all I can find is an NTSC-patched PAL ISO.

I had problems getting this working on my NTSC Hardware Wii (Drivekey no softmod). I usually burn games at 4x without a problem (use Verbatim DVD-R, inkjet printable discs) but re-burning it at 2x did the trick. I hope this helps someone else.
