im kinda getting sick of this packs... i mean, c'mon!!.... 20 songs, most of them available in other packs or games?.... is it THAT difficult to get new licenses and release MORE new songs on an expansion pack? (id say like 40 songs on a disk... and ALL of them EFFIN NEW!?)

The rumor why they do so many track packs on disc for wii is that nintendo wont let them sell track packs online thru the store, so they have to do it via disc.

The track packs are also available on PS2, PS3 and 360. They release it for people who don't get DLC normally, such as people with no online, people who don't want to buy points cards, etc.

I haven't tested it, but it should work with the GH3 guitar. All Rock Band games released after the European Song Pack 2 should work with the Guitar Hero guitars, although they won't support the touch pad, only the buttons.

I fail to see the "Metal" in this track pack. Laid to Rest was great in guitar hero II, but I hate it when they recycle tracks like bulls on parade and 3s and 7s, which are shit.

Seems like this list is complied by some fool with more knowledge about the word "metal" than you.

Besides the obvious black/death/heavy metal etc, there's also things such as alternative metal and metalcore.

Every band on this list can be qualified as a metal band. I do not always agree with the label, but it is as it is.
