This game doesn't look half bad, to be honest. Looks like a fun family kind of game.

Might look at a couple reviews and see if it's worth a disc. [IMG]

Those are Atari 2600 Activision games. Anyone know if they are emulated or remakes?

This game is pretty awful. The only classic games it has are those 4 mentioned on the cover and they are all remakes that don't hold up to the originals. They seem like bad clones that you'd find as a flash game somewhere online. Megamania was the only one that was kinda decent but it does not have the same levels as the atari version. I don't know how Freeway holds up but it seems like a really dumbed down, boring version of frogger. Atlantis is nothing like the original since they tacked on Wii pointer firing and there are no side guns or those cool ships that would zip by at supersonic speed. And Kaboom is a decent copy but they use the wii pointer for movement and it controls awful.

In addition to those 4 games there are like 10 other minigames like skeeball and hoop throwing that resemble other crappy minigame collections like Carnival Games, including the most godawful unresponsive controls for an air hockey game ever seen.

Why can't this have more content and actually feature good remakes? Oh yeah because its a cheap Activision title on the Wii.

Seriously they really are taking the piss now. Aspyr released Activision Anthology on the GBA and it had 55 games on it (including bonafide classics like Pitfall, H.E.R.O. & River Raid). Why can't Activision do the same on the Wii?

The Wii is almost three years old.

A little bowling game that is very good indeed came with the system.

There has not been one. single. halfway playable skee-ball simulator.
