It's a Japanese version of James Bond 007 Quantum of Solace. It was published by Square-Enix, which publishes Activsion games.

Of course, Korea release this game before Japan.

Yeah. Activision appears to be pretty small over there. I'm not sure which games they gave to other publishers.

Speaking of Square Enix, they're also doing the Japanese release of Terminator Salvation.
