Its a side scrolling shooter.
wtf...is this monkey king from Journey to the west?
Reminds me of Dragonball with shoot em up elements.
Boxart looked cool than I Scrolled down and saw some images..... Disappointing.
Looks more like a WiiWare title than a retail release but I'm going to dl and try it out.
Well, DB is slightly based on the Monkey King legend...
Also, this sucks. FFS, graphics are BAD. And not only because they're not 3D or whatever, they just suck.
Looks more like a VC title.
Thought it reminded me of something:
Monkey King - The Legend Begins
Ewwwww Gba Graphics
Wow, it looks terrible and graphic is not good! *SHOCK*
Hmm, looks pretty old school. I'll give it a try
That cover is so awesome
You're all weird! When I saw the box art I thought it looked cheap and nasty, but I saw the screenshots and thought it looked kinda nice. The sprites are nice and smooth. Maybe it's a bad game, but "GBA"?! Honestly!
My eyes must be playing tricks on me.
I read this as Saint's Row.
people are not use to see 2D game anymore it's seems
it's not bad graphics and def not GBA
anyway i think should try it seems decent game vs all other shit release regulary
edit : the game is very crap, sprite aren't much animate, sprite colission on video seems prettry crap...
It does look pretty old school, gonna have to try it out. May be a gem. I'm certainly not going to write it off because the graphics look "GBA-ish". So many graphic whores...
I should've known this game was going to be bad when I saw that UFO logo on the box cover. A glance at UFO Interactive's website will show you gems like Anubis II. Like Ocean Commander, I gave this game a try because I love old school shooters, but Saint simply makes me wonder how Nintendo lets this company continue to produce games.
The sprites are detailed, but there is practically no animation. When you shoot a stronger enemy, or boss, there's no indication that you are inflicting damage, and then it blows up. Nothing about this game is right, from the sluggish controls, to the bland design, it's not even worth a glance. As far as I can tell, your character doesn't even use the staff that he wields on the cover and throughout the game. Shovelware at it's best.
I'll admit that the sprites look nice but as a retail game, no i don't think it's that worthy. This being said without playing it so maybe i should play before i speak xD
Well maybe it is just worth paying like $18 bucks for this game, you know for people that don't have the ability of testing before buying
They wished to cash on the old school, genre with cheap sprites, no animation, no "WOW" factor...
Where is Metal Slug 8 for Wii??????
