I don't know who figured out that all Hollywood blockbuster and Disney/Pixar movies should have video game counterparts, but somebody should go back in time and shoot them. And if there was more than one, shoot them all.

I hope this one is a proper (working) release, because I think this game could be quite fun.

@Retal: It's good for commercial purposes to stick a famous IP on a game. I agree there have been hundreds of god awful games, the most (in)famous off course being the E.T. game on Atari where they ended up burying thousands of copies in a desert somewhere, but still there are several movie based games that where actually quite decent.

EDIT: You have to watch this, this is the worst of the worst: E.T. for the Atari 2600

    I actually LIKED Atari E.T.!!!

I'm a try the DS version now. I loved the movie so I wonder how the game would interpret the story...

i never trust ign for reviews as they have rated some of my fav really low. and they gave gta IV 10/10 when i would rate it 6.5 or 7 out of 10

This game can be patched for others languages, just by editing the file "game.ini" of the second partition, and modifying the line "DefaultRegion = EN_UK" with the desired value :
    • arabic_uae ("DefaultRegion = AR_AE") - TBC
    • german ("DefaultRegion = DE_DE") - TBC
    • english ("DefaultRegion = EN_US") - TBC
    • spanish ("DefaultRegion = ES_ES") - TBC
    • spanish_mexico ("DefaultRegion = ES_MX") - TBC
    • french ("DefaultRegion = FR_FR") - Successfully tested
    • dutch ("DefaultRegion = NL_NL") - TBC
    • portuguese ("DefaultRegion = PT_PT") - TBC
    • russian ("DefaultRegion = RU_RU") - TBC

Does this release work for anyone? I grabbed the full one rather than the scrubbed, and it just says 'the game disc could not be read' after it's shown one loading screen after the wrist strap announcement :S

edit: 2 x verbatim TY disks burned at 8x with quality scans of 98%+ both crash.

1 x verbatim MCC burned at 4x with about 70% quality, and a PI average of 120 works fine.

Can't understand that, especially as 'we love golf' worked fine on the TY verbatims at 8x.
