Yes, it was, but that PAL release was only in english, swedish, finnish, danish and norwegian (IIRC)
anyway, i tried this ( me and my siblings used to play some rather good Hugo PC games when we were small) and it's really.. not good , really dissapointing.. hoped for similar gameplay as those old nice games, but instead got a bad crash bandicoot clone..
