From all the reviews I've read (thought I've disagreed with reviews before), it sucks major ass.

I played the US release and it's a fairly competent survival horror. Not scary but pretty well executed and the graphics aren't too bad (but not great). It's worth a download, if only for the two player co-op mode, which is particularly good if you play, stoned, late at night and your apartment happens to be a converted lunatic asylum

So yeah, it's worth the download but I suspect you'll lose interest after a few hours, I know I did.
