Edit: It seems you have to search through the-terminal as well, a lot of stuff in there doesn't show up on newzbin's wii list. This game isn't there yet though

Second Opinion US or JAP never worked on pal. I remember that very clearly, as I was waiting for it, and the PAL game only came out one full year after the US one, completly ridiculous. It was so long I didnt even wanted to try it anymore when it finally came out.
This one seems cool, with the two players mode, I really hope it work on pal, or if it doesn't, that the european translators translate more than a sentence per week this time :/.

some people think that the wiikey team added better wii compatibility in their first update 1.9b as well as audiofix. This isn't the case, and the wiki entry is wrong. NTSC Trauma Centre Second Opinion did not work on PAL consoles, except the PAL version, obviously.

Argh not working on PAL according to someone on blackcats.

I can't seem to find a european release date, someone please tell me it's soon.
