Misc Wi-Fi or is it my DS?

Well EVERY D game i have downloaded onto my m3 that has Wi-Fi has a problem. I switched over to new a wireless device its a T-Mobile Hotspot @home Wireless-G broadband router and also from verizon to Timewarner. Is this problem concerning my DSlite or is it my Wi-Fi? Thanks in Advanced!

DSlite uses 802.11b and WEP. Make sure your router is set up properly.
