Wi-Fi Monitor

    Is there a program that lets the host PC monitor and configure connections and banwidth usage? I setup Wi-Fi in my house to A) Share my internet connection with the other PCs in the house. B) To allow my DS and my nephews PSP to connect to Wi-Fi. But sometimes the other PCs sap too much bandwidth and I want to stop it without going to that floor. I don't want to disconnect them I just want to limit the connection speed whenever I need to but still giving them enough bandwidth to browse or play Pogo.

    Routers (both the little box and a junk machine some favour using should do that), that may not be the case though and instead.

    It is not something I tend to do (a casual shout to say close the motherloving torrent program works for me) but netlimiter may be what you are after:
