Homebrew Why won't my Wii U disc get past update required?

I installed haxchi on my wii u and created a backup of Batman Arkham city armored edition and installed using wup installer. I have since then deleted the file to free up space on my USB and I can't get the disc to boot, and always get the update is required. I am connected to the Internet I have tried FTP everywhere and deleted the ticket and title from usb and still no luck. Any suggestions or bypasses. I also have trying region free loading. I can reinstall and start with no issues but I dont want that massive amount of data on my drive.

Try setting your ip to the no update server or dumping with ddd / disc2app
