I have a dell latitude e6430 atg running windows 10 and half the time it boot it up it boots to a black screen but all the leds are flash, but then i turn it on and off it's fine.
why won't my laptop boot half the time?

Something might be poorly connected? I don't really know. Back in 2000, we had a family computer Compaq 5000 that would freeze at random times, even during boot ups. Turned out the motherboard had a hairline crack that kept spreading.
Maybe your sleep mode is messed up? Win10 never *"actually"* fully shuts down, AFAIK.
