It just occurred to me that Dreamcast was completely forgotten from this "war" of consoles between PS2, Xbox and GameCube.

Yeah, but the DS2 and DS3 hardly had much of a difference.
The Dreamcast had a short life, so it doesn’t count. Lol

the DS3 is probably my most favorite controller.

DS3 was really good, basically a wireless DS2. Although, DS4 feels a lot of advanced and ever so more comfortable than DS2/DS3 already are.

I have to try out playing with a DS3/DS4 controller on PS2 via FMCB. Seems like an awesome idea.

I almost tried it, but i have multiple controllers for each system I own and I figured, since it was never meant to be, it probably won’t function as I would like. I know I shouldn’t judge, but.....

That may be true, but keep in mind that the Xbox also sucks major

The gameboy player makes it more of a cube.
I've never liked Xbox; Microsoft has no idea how to make an attractive or usable UI for their consoles, and their controllers have uncomfortable unaligned analog sticks and misplaced lettered buttons - screwing up my muscle memory. Also, what the hell do "three lines" and "box overlapping another box" mean? Their competition had Start and Select buttons that were clearly labelled! Sony eventually replaced that with clearly-labelled Options and screenshot buttons, which makes more sense.

They should've learned from Sony, when it comes to analog sticks and pausing buttons, and Nintendo, for lettered buttons.

The shape of the gamecube being a cube is so genius. 'Tis beautiful.
