^ Title

I switched from 32 SDHC to 64 SDXC (N3DSXL) and I had some fu**ing problems while copying my contents back to the new SD.

And I figured out why. The 3ds has changed the random folder.

SDHC (Old MicroSD)
Nintendo 3DS -> 862cd6cb2b9303e552f7808fb60edc79 -> 5b1100e7473001685344333200275048

SDXC (New MicroSD)
Nintendo 3DS -> 862cd6cb2b9303e552f7808fb60edc79 -> ffff01034411ffff5553422000000030

The first folder is the same, but not the second.

I didn't change the NAND or 3DS. I just switched the SD, and let the console recreate the initialisation datas on the New SDXC.

Now, I'm wondering, why and how?

Hmm? You don't need to let the 3DS make anything on the new SD Card; just drag and drop your contents from the old SD onto the new. (Make sure the SDXC is formatted for FAT32!)
IIRC, the new 3DS creates a different ID for the second folder each time a new SD is inserted anyway.
