Gaming Why My Microgames in WarioWare D.I.Y dont save?

Usind nds-bootsrap in 3DS
I created a save file with an R4 and played the game.
but the microgames dont save...

Because you are using an old version of bootstrap that had an issue with that game saving. It's fixed in all versions from v0.20.0 and onwards.

WarioWare DIY saves to NAND. That NAND is needed to store a good few microgames. Many emulators, flashcarts, and the like don't support NAND saving. Until recently, NDS Bootstrap fell into this category. Try using a save from the internet that has some microgames. If you get sent to the start, it won't work.

Of course it does. The 3DS runs DS(i) software as a fully region-free DSi with iQue DS(i) support.
