well, lets keep in mind that the wiiu only sold 10 million. The 3ds has sold 66 million. Give that fact it could very well be possible that very few people managed to get their hand on a wiiu kisok. Because by the time nintendo figured out the wiiu was going to be a flop they probably stopped making them, and probably recalled all the units to be destroyed. So, therfore less people got their hands one. And that means less research and exploitation can be done since the kisoks themselves aren't in the right hands.
