Homebrew why isnt my soundhax working?

So i downgraded down to 9.2 and then updated to 11.2 (still with a9lh)now i cant access soundhax.

Whenever i try to access it the bottom screen doesnt change color and it takes me back to the home menu.

Still havent checked if OOThax works

You don't need soundhax anymore. You can install homebrew laucher loader

If you have a CFW like luma, you can use any region digital title. Also with homebrew launcher I think there is something similar.

Just install or insert the out of region game. If you are using luma it automatically patches the region lock.

If you followed 3ds.guide, then you already have luma. Just install the cia, or place your out of region cartridge in the game slot, then load it from the home menu like normal. No special tricks are needed.

Freeshop will install it and it will work just fine, but you can't get on the real japanese eshop with a usa 3ds unless you change the system's region. You will have to use freeshop, or find a cia on the internet.

you sound confused freeshop is used to pirate directly from nintendo servers . . . fbi is to install .cia files you download online. . . and region free is built into the cfw

This is kinda why I explained. It was worded a little odd, so wanted to be clear with my explanation.
