Gaming Why isn't fucking Zoids games getting any love

I'm getting rather pissed off that it was the first AND last Zoids game on both the GBA and NDS. Zoids Legacy was pretty good, the battle was fun, the equipment and customisation was awesome, and the story while a little simple, was sufficient to carry the story.

We've had like 6 Japanese Zoids games and NONE OF THEM ARE TRANSLATED ON BOTH THE GBA AND NDS! What gives man? I've been poking around for news but I can't seem to find anything, so if anyone wants to convince otherwise, please bring some light into my life on the Zoids games!

I totally agree. Zoids + NDS capabilities = Potential for a FRIGGIN AWSOME GAME. I'm both amazed and saddened by the fact that there are no English zoid games on DS.

what i want instead is beyblade. but that sure aint going to happen given that it's dead, dead and dead.

Zoids makes for an awesome game. Great customization, battles, cool story, GIANT FRIGGIN' ROBOTS. I would kill for an English DS zoids game.

I probably spent ~$300 on them. I was always really good (even though it was about 75% luck

Speaking of which perhaps we should stop giving beyblade more love than Zoids

I made one with a very small attack ring, the draciel base, and a massive weight ring. Won every time.

My winning blades (old beyblade slang lol) were my Drigers. I had an attack Driger, and a defense Driger. I even had different launchers for the 2 of them. I'll post pics in a sec.

Forgive me for being dim but I thought the chaotic century thing happened before the sport based series (which I personally did not like much).

I played the Japanese versions (they are not too intensive on the language side of things which is nice) and while they are good and certainly worth a play should you find yourself out of RPGs (also try the medabots games, pity the "redux" version never appeared in English though and the robopon games) they are fairly typical (the AI is no advance wars and despite the vast potential for customisation it was never really used).

As for beyblade there were a few games, mainly poor mans marble madness style things though.

ah i guess this is the grim reality for really good anime series that originated from japan... the most luck they usually get is being ported to the playstation or PSP... zoids and other hit shows like gundam have yet to make their bold appeareance on the US gaming soil =P

as for beyblades... does anybody remember those HUGE metal rings that had spikes and sparkers on them that the convenience store sold? those were the most ownage attack rings XD
