Hacking Question Why is Ninty so trigger happy with the ban hammer

They aren't though? People were getting banned left and right for a short while, but in the past year, there's been like nothing. They didn't even try to ban people around the launch of Pokemon Sword/Shield, which I thought would have been the perfect time to whip out the banhammer.

Its probably just people getting more cautious with tools like emunand. I think Nintendo has limited incentive to chase down people who aren't playing their hacked/pirated stuff in a potentially online environment.

Also gamefreak being lazy as usual when it comes to trading hacked pokemon.

Not that cautious, I saw multiple people on here that admitted to cheating in Pokemon by genning mons and trading/using them online.
