Why is my avatar not changing?

Well it's not exactly "not changing", but when I look at my profile I see that the photo is this.
But everywhere else it is this.
I like the second picture. I don't know if this is bug or I'm just stupid

It's your browser cache. You have to wait for it to refresh or force the process by pressing Ctrl + F5.

Trust us, everyone else Sees a sexy Perry the platypus. So your avatar change worked. It's just the browser cache is behind.

What others suggested, it's your browsers cache that keeps your old avatar loaded in.
Close your browser and run Ccleaner or press ctrl +f5 whilst in browser.
