Why is eBay holding my money and not sending me payouts.

I'm really frustrated at this!
They won't send my money to Payoneer account.
I should be getting 72.62 in total of USD but they won't do shit.
Contacted them and getting no answer
Those 4 items have been shipped around the world but it seems eBay's tracking system only recognises the US Postal Service. It won't say delivered despite being sent to the recipient. (Tracking number says so)

What should I do I'm at a big loss

i had a similar experience but i was the customer so i got asked from the seller to write ebay that it got delivered

You need to contact customer service if the tracking number shows the item delivered, typically the money is cleared after you shipped here in the US, Im not sure what is the rule in your country. It can be quite annoying to sell international, that why I only ship locally, if people wants internationally they can use a forwarder service, which you don't have to worry.

Two things ... you are a new seller or haven't sold in a long time

You have to show proof of service when you call (when you get an answer)

This is why I stopped selling on eBay. Their payout system is flawed and I've had to fight them on lost payments or deductions that shouldn't have happened.

You should continue to contact them, call them, etc.

Excuse me??? You got unpaid taxes and eBay took them?

The new eBay payment service can be confusing, but it's pretty simple.

Buyer pays > seller gets an update > seller dispatches item > seller receives the money a couple days later

No longer do we need to use PayPal so no fees for two companies, it's just eBay now.
