Homebrew Why does my dsi xl can't run Wario Ware D.I.Y?

So I remember downloading the rom for wario ware D.I.Y on a page and trying to play it, but its always stuck on the: creating save file screen. Any answers? also btw if you ask me I also downloaded it from a LOT of other pages and still

So I remember downloading the rom for wario ware D.I.Y on a page and trying to play it, but its always stuck on the: creating save file screen. Any answers? also btw if you ask me I also downloaded it from a LOT of other pages and still

Please open/close the LID and wait around 90 Seconds,then both Screens goes white and the nds-Bootstrap Screen appears
and then the Games (both Versions - EU and US) starts.

After that Procedure the Game starts normal after a few Seconds.
