why cant game stores in the us sell europe games?

well i was looking foward to getting breath of fire 3 for the psp and turns out theres no relase date for the us but there is for Europe so i wouldent mine getting that but i have to order online to get it,and i have bad experinces with online stores.im just hoping for the games not released in the us but have a Europe release should be put in game stores for the us.

Because Nintendo wouldn't like it, and Nintendo are the ones who supply these stores. Then you have the different governing bodies who rate the games: ESRB in the US and PEGI in the EU. So they can't sell them.

That's why piracy plays into gaming. The niche for PAL, or NTSC-J isn't high enough. You'll see in other countries, they'll sell NTSC-U Games, if they are region-free.

try amazon man, you'll feel safer.
