Are trying to enter the Homebrew Launcher through the app installed (called Homebrew Launcher Loader)? Do you have ColdBootHaxChi (CBHC) Installed or Haxchi installed? If you are trying to open the Homebrew Launcher Loader without sig patches enabled, it will fail.
