I'd like to download netflix for my 3ds and the funny thing is by blocking GW emunand nintendo is accomplishing nothing but losing legit sales.

I've tried every button. Still can't access StreetPass.

EDIT: Also, I can (I think) actually pull up the user agreement, but it seems to be an old one, it's listed as made some-time in 2011.

Would it be possible to use rxTools to get to 9.6 emuNand, get on the eShop, make a NNID account, get the latest agreement, then go back to Gateway emuNand and play my games?
