Whose monitor has messed up colors?

Me and a friend were playing Champions Online, but we are seeing one of our character's (I will not say who's, it's irrelevant) differently. The character in question is here:

Now, I think the character looks Deep/Emerald Green and Caucasian/White human skin looking. The other person ( a frequent/friend on this site) thinks it looks like regular green and greenish-skin colored. Which do you see it as? Once of our monitor's seems to have messed up colors, we're trying to figure out who's.

I forgot to make the poll public, so please say which you picked.

Perhaps the person whom thinks it's normal just doesn't know the difference between each color of green. I'm sure tons of people don't. As for me, it looks Emerald green.

Looks dark green + white to me so voted the first option.

EDIT: And as my crappy computer is on i also checked with my crappy monitor and it's dark green + yellowy white... so still closer to first option

Or the lighting. Due to the way that game handles lights, it causes major color splashing.
But you're saying that character looks like caucasian entirely now?
