I tend to use the normal reply if I'm typing a very long response. My touchpad's a bit off sometimes, and when I switch tabs it might jerk and close this tab. If it does, and most of the time if I'm in normal response it saves it. If the post is really long overall, I like to use the normal reply due to the seen typing space being larger. Must easier to see if something was misspelled, or if I said something incorrect.

I normally just use quick reply unless I need to do some more advanced BBcode or HTML code in my post. Same applies to my edits as well, mostly use the quick option there too.

I pretty much always use quick reply, except when I'm typing something really long, it just sucks when you press backspace and it goes to the previous page... And all my text is lost!! T_T

Since the update, I'm using only the quick reply as it's the default available option.


I used Quick edit a lot though.
Except when there are multiple smilies, as the old editor has a bug and cut parts between smilies.

Quick reply, yes... I switch to full editor mostly when I have to check if my usage of BBcode is correct. Or when I'm paranoid, which is quite often...
