Any tempers here that managed to get the collection after it was announced that it's been discontinued? I hastily bought one from MX2. Two days after no change to the order status, I phoned them and they told me that it's out of stock. Then I had to told them it was discontinued by Nintendo so they said they're gonna consult the shipper and e-mail me with the feedback. I already have a feeling that my order will be cancelled.

UPDATE: I cancelled my order already, since I've heard reviews from others regarding the site cancelling orders without notifying customers.

Thanks to funem, here are some links (for the UK people) in case you wanna get your hands on the game before you have to shell out a lot of money.

What? Why would they discontinue a best seller?

I heard about Ninty saying it was a limited edition. Shame it got discontinued. I enjoyed Corruption a lot...

So guys, I am stuck with 2 options:

    1) Buy a pre-owned copy from a local store for £27. I had no probs with pre-owned stuff so far, since the pre-owned ones I've purchased recently are 360 games, and it's no big deal since I install them anyways. But it's a different case for Wii games...

    2) Buy a new one online for £35-£50 (the price has gone up since it got discontinued). Amazon has it for £45 and I'm guaranteed that I'll get it...

Pre-owned is the way to go as long as it works fine.

What? They said to me they have. I asked about the £45 one, which despatches in 2-3 days...

Guess I'll go for pre-owned then.

Purchased. Thanks [IMG] It said it will be despatched tomorrow or Friday so it's all good.

OK now that I'm getting the game. I'm all worried about the dual-layer shenanigans. I only know two games that use dual layer media (this and SSBB). SSBB worked fine on my Wii, do I need to worry about Metroid not working?
