DBGT confirmed for DBZ Sparking! ZERO so next up, probably is Dragon Ball.



I'm guessing the DB characters will be Piccolo Daimāo, Arale, etc.

i really hope so! DB had great characters too. We don't often see them. I think Tenkaichi 3 was one of the first games.

With DB characters? There were a few DB games before, but the best DB title still remains to be Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure.

DB Origins 2 is really good too (not so much Origins 1 due to the gimmicky touchscreen controls).

And the Wii game? Revenge of Piccolo Daimāo... It's not a bad game, just not as good as DB:AA.

Spain recently got Dragon Ball Kai dubbed, specifically in Castillan (aka Spanish) and the dub is a thousand times better than their old DBZ dub.



"Yo soy el Super Saiyan, Son Gokū!!"

And yes, the stupid "Onda Vital" and other cheesy attack names are all gone.



"Eee yah eee yah" I didn't know Gokū was a cowboy.

And there's more, fans have added back in the original broadcast music so it's even better. TOEI only used a very limited amount of DBZ BGMs so I can't stand watching Kai with the replacement score.

The Latin Spanish dub and Brazilian Portuguese dub of DBZ were absolutely fantastic, but unfortunately their Kai dubs weren't as good.

It didn't help they used the NickToons version which was somewhat more censored than the original Kai version.

I have the LATAM/PT-BR Kai dub episodes with the Yamamoto score, it only lasted about 20ish (out of 98).

Xenoverse 2 was released on the Switch after it came out on PS4/Xbox so definitely can see that happening.

Sparking! NEO and Sparking! METEOR were released on the Wii so makes sense Sparking! ZERO is on the next Switch. Not so much on the current as it is just too weak at this point.

Even JUMP FORCE was too much for it.



What a shame JF was such a disaster it could have been amazing like Sparking! ZERO.

The DBS Broly movie was pretty awesome, even for non-DB fans it's a great animated movie.

I honestly didn't like DB Super Hero (story wasn't that interesting and looked like a game) I might rewatch to see if it gets any better the second time.

I havent watched any dragón Ball series in a long time and thus i'm watching from og Dragon Ball now (i tell you the latino dub there was shitty with the translations, and there is a playlist by seldiondb showing the errors)

Dragon Ball Z is just fine?

Lol. I can see see his point @Coolsonickirby . Dragonball Z had different themes, and genres. besides the martial arts.

1. Saiyan saga threw in the sci fi elements. Giving Goku a pseudo "Man of Steel"/"Invincible". Goku being an alien and having to fight people from his race like the Kryptonians/Vultrumites.

2. Frieza arc was diving more into scifi with themes like space exploration and meeting the alien Overlord Frieza(Freezer). The Heroes were new to space travel.

Thanos from MCU. Darkseid From the DCU.

3. Android arc dove into other sci themes. Like Cyborgs (Terminator/Fallout 4), Time Travel (also Terminator/Back to the Future) with messing time travel getting worse and worse till they are somehow able it.

4. In Cell saga also had a time dilation element, but in reverse. They were able to use the time chamber to get more time as opposed to Interstellar where time passed faster for them.

5. Buu arc was the big return to the mysticism, fantasy elements, and the cosmology elements of DB poking fun at basing it self from Eastern Religions. With Babidi being a Wizard Majin buu being a Genie of sorts with magic powers. The Kai's being creation deities, and seeing their world too the heroes being there for the Z sword and Buu fight.

The dude explains it on the videos but im gonna explain it here aswell. The reason the first 60 episodes are badly translated it's bc they used the scripts of a previous dub called Zero y el Dragón Mágico which was based on the Harmony Gold dub on it's first 5 episodes, from the 6th episode onwards they used the original japanese versions as a base but it was still badly translated)
