Who has a "perfect" working unmodded XBox and which Revision please ?

All I have is a 1.6 Mod chipped with Aladdin and 640GB 2.5 inch sata drive.

Considering the clock capacitor issue, you wouldn’t want a completely unmodded system without risking damage to the motherboard (rev 1.0-1.5).

I have a new old stock rev 1.6, bought when Microsoft stopped the production (Far Cry pack). I have a soft modded rev 1.6 that is almost new, only powered 20 or 30 times. This is a King Kong pack bought at the same time as the previous one. Here in France they were sold for 50€.

In my living room I still have my 1st Xbox (cannot remember the rev) with a Xecuter modchip, I removed the capacitor and did some bridge due to brocken traces around the motherboard (Before doing this the Xbox would power it on on its own and I was not able to power it off via the power button).

It is unopened and it will stay like this sorry...

The king Kong pack has got a Philips, my 1st XBOX has got a Samsung that can read CDR.

About the Samsung Drive, I need to open it each year because the drive belt broke and I never found a replacement one. I tried to buy some from Internet but I always received some kind of elastic that are dry in less than 6 months.

By any chance, do you know a good shop to find a real drive belt ?

Personal I have always used it from replacement Drives from broken XBoxes.Or the whole Drive.
A few Years ago I modded 2 LG-8164 Drives with the
TalisMoon Adapter



unfortunately,this is no longer available...
So I have always a working Drive for modded XBoxes if needed.
For Retail XBoxes I have still some working Philips Drives "in Stock".
