Gaming Who else finds it unacceptable that SM3DW+BF's online is for friends only?

We all got so excited for playing 3DW online with strangers, only to then figure out that you do need to have the people in your friend list. Why? What is the point of password-protected rooms then if all rooms are only restricted to friend list people?

Moan to Nintendo. They occasionally change this kind of thing in an update if enough people demand it. Probably more often they don't

Nintendo almost never gets it right when it comes to online infrastructure. It's always a mixed bag. Im still shocked that their is no chat with your friends at least when you play co op games, when clearly the switch is capable of it. Fortnite has it their should be no reason why no other game doesn't have it.

These kind of games are best played with friends anyway. I don't really care.
