Hello

I went to a site (that was posted on the main page) to download ebooks. I then extracted it, and copy and pasted it into my r4. And when I went to view it and didn't work. I open it and there is weird symbols and empty spaces. The format of the ebook is txt. And I have the latest firmware and moonshell. Do I need to download some extra application to view the e-book?

did u copy and paste the text in some font readable by moonshell? not some weird font? better to have the text fonts in the basics like arial, times new roman..

did u install moonshell correctly?

does other textfiles open up fine on moonshell for you?

There should be font files in your _system_/ebook/ folder. If it isn't there, the R4 won't be able to read .txt files. Has there been any error messages for you when you tried opening a .txt file?

Anyway, personally I've tried the feature and I dislike it. You're better off with MoonShell to read your .txt files, seriously.
