Who at GBAtemp actually lives in Japan?

I'm looking for anyone in the GBAtemp community, or if anyone here KNOWS anyone who actually lives in Japan who I could get in contact with. A friend of mine, and myself want to contribute and fix up some stuff on some japanese gaming wikis, but unfortunately, they don't allow foreign IPs (and we've tried various proxies, etc). So I'm looking for someone who can help us out in this regard. We give him/her the stuff or the info, and they can update it for us
