Gaming White

Whenever I load up my pokemon platinum v3.1 patched, all I see is a white screen. I wait for minutes but nothing changes. I tried on cheats from the 11-27-08 usrcheat file the first time. Then I put less and less until I had no cheats enabled. It still is a white screen. Then I just pressed thecheat disable button and it still loads up to a white screen. I enabled all of the cheats for another game and it worked perfectly fine. What do I do? X(

When I said that it worked perfectly fine, I meant the other game, not Platinum.
