ROM Hack White/Black rom editor

I've used PPRE for HG/SS/etc- But with the most recent English patches out for Pokemon White and Pokemon Black I wanna play around with the game a bit and add in all the other pokemon, change some evo's, etc... (Plus PPRE didn't work for B/W)
Is there a working White/Black program for editing the roms?

I am not aware of any B/W editors for what you are looking for. Your best bet to find/ask for such a program is at Project Pokemon.
