Hacking Which WAD installer should I use for USB 2.0 Mass Storage device?

Trying to fix Skyward Sword, using USB drive for all that stuff.

Could someone link me to Wad Manager 1.7b?

I would if it worked with USB 2.0 drives. Always gives me an error.
