Do this. I bought a Vanilla Visa gift card and purchased a Gateway card with no problems at all.

DWTechz actually Emailed me after I made a mistake when ordering, and told me they accept PayPal. You just need to Email them about it and they should accommodate you.

Yeah, they ship from the US.

None located in the US will accept paypal. There are few that will accept paypal, but they are not in the US.

A lot of flashcard sellers are happy to email you a paypal address to send your money to. You just need to ask them first.

Probably not, pre-paid cards are usually really locked-down too. Are you trying to order from overseas? That usually won't work with pre-paids...
