Gaming Which Starter Pokémon Did You Choose in HG/SS?

I've played Pokémon SS A LOT now, ever since it was released. Maybe it's because I haven't played the original Gold/Silver/Crystal in a LONG time. Or maybe it's because all the other games I have on my Supercard is boring. My friends and my sister got Pokémon SS, too, of course.

Anyway...What did I choose? I chose...

Why? It's because I've always been a fan of Fire Type Starter Pokémon, so it's obvious that I chose Charmander, Torchic, and Chimchar in the Pokémon games. Even most of my friends chose....

I chose Totodile, because I had it on the GBC Gold, so it brings back happy memories...

In the original gold and crystal I played through with cyndaquill and chikorita. I tried totodile but never finished the game


Now I chose cyndaquill but i have all three

Cyndaquil. He's a Typhlosion (level 50+) now but I don't use him anymore.

Looks like a lot of people favor Cyndaquil rather than Totodile and Chikorita

. I can't blame people for not choosing Chikorita, because it has HUGE disadvantages in the game.
