Hacking Which Slot-2 device works with the R4?

Okay, I currently have:

-- A Nintendo DS Lite
-- An R4-DS for playing DS games
-- Pokemon Diamond and Platinum loaded on the R4 (with saves)
-- All 5 GBA Pokemon Games (with saves) on my computer

All I need is a slot-2 device to go with all this. Are there any slot-2 devices that would allow me to transfer the Pokemon from the GBA saves (on the slot-2) to my Pearl/Platinum saves (on the R4) through Pal Park? I need to find one that is compatible for this process, so are there any that fit the bill? Thanks in advance for an answer!

this old thread explains how to do it with ezflash 3 in 1, apparently not without a few problems. I have never done it myself
