    You might be best off with the version with the biggest hardrive since the 360 might possibly softmodded to allow you to run games off the hardrive that you don't own.

    yea, the biggest is 80 gigs and 400 dollars. I don't really have a prob with that as long as it's a good idea...but how is soft mod only a possibility?Is it somewhat risky?

    Well it is risky for now since I don't know if it will ever happen but apparently it might be softmodded since MS are updating the fw to allow you to download games to your hardrive. Hackers might possibly take advantage of this and allow you to download games you don't own but don't count on it cuz I don't know much about hacking.

    I think 120gb is the largest hardrive size and that will hold around 15 games I heard.

    Yeah 120GB is largest.

    120GB, 60GB then 20GB

    But the 20GB is getting killed off i think in place for the 60GB.

    How difficult is it to mod? I mean, do i just download the game onto the CD or...there actually requires some kind of chipset and soldering?

    From what I know, you have to flash the DVD drive that is in your Xbox.

    Games are burned onto DVD+R DL disks. It's fairly easy to mod. You take apart the 360 and connect the DVD drive to your computer via SATA. No soldering is required unles you have a specific versions of Hitachi drive.

    The 20GB model has already dropped down to $300
    I'm not sure when the 60GB model will go on sale, but if it does come out this winter it'll have a vision camera included. It'll be priced at $350 (replacing the 20gb)

    Just get the current cheaper 20GB version.

    Then later on if you really want a bigger HDD buy a new larger HDD.

    HDD = Harddisk Drive

    You get a 20GB HDD with the PRO pack 360 and it just clips to the side of your console.

    If you bought a bigger one later you would just remove your old one and clip on the new one, easy as.
