ROM Hack Which Pokemon hack is this?

My friend had posted and told me of this one Pokemon hack, and with these sprites:

He didn't say anything about the name, just to Google it, and I have had no luck so far. Is there a hack such game with these sprites? :/

I've seen the sprite sheet floating around for at least a year now, but I've never seen a hack that uses it. Of course, I also haven't been keeping an eye on any Pokemon hacks lately. Tineye just comes up with a few Japanese blogs, so no help there. You could try asking at 4chan's /vp/, if you're OK with visiting NSFW sites.

Hmmm, I would visit /vp/, but eh. But there is no other site at least showing something of a hack?
