Hacking Which one is the easiest way to convert my 3DS files to CIA files

Can you tell me which is the easiest way, how I can convert my 3DS games to CIA files.
I already read that there are different method Can provide me the most recent one.

I still have a problem with the installation of the CIA of OOT .The 3DS force me to restart my 3DS every time i want to launch it. Any idea how to fix it?

While I'm appreciative of the converters, I don't understand why there are 3 different converters and none of them work well.

These 2 converters work with the most roms that work on CFW 4.5, but they don't work with: TLoZ: OOT (U), TLoZ:ALBW (U), Fantasy Life (U), and Star Fox (U):
