The only ones that can't are PS2 isos iirc, they automatically go to dev_hdd0/PS2ISO if you try to run them from a USB (and if you have enough space left)

if you are asking about game compatibility, there are literally thousands of games we can't provide you here a list and i am not sure if there is an extensive one, you might just try the games you want and check for yourself..

if you are asking if the ps3 accepts isos of thoose systems yes.
IIRC ps1 requires to be a .bin+.cue
ps2 games you needed to enable some cobra settings (not really sure because my ps3 was BC)
ps3 games i think you can also use isos, but due to using a fat32 formatted drive i would unzip the files in the GAMEZ folder
for psp games you need the minis thing, or to inject them, i fucking forgot most of the ps3 stuff but you can also play psp in a cfw ps3
