I have been looking online and in most cases the R4 DS is paired up with a 1GB Kingston (Japan Version). Will that work well with it?

The kingston 1GB (japan) is the best micro sd card you can get, and it works well with everything

the kingston is however just a rebadged Toshiba 1gb card, so if you can find toshiba cards easier or cheaper then go for those instead.

I concur. It's too bad that the R4 cannot support anything bigger than 2 GB. [IMG]
