I have an R4i 3DS v5.0 (messed up on title) Flashcard and I wanted to upgrade from my Cention 4GB Micro SDHC Class 4 to a better Micro SDHC Card. I am playing on a DSi.
I'm currently playing through Pokémon Platinum and I noticed that there is some lag when I run around or ride my bike, especially in towns/cities. I also realized how slow scrolling through items in the bag is. I am planning on playing through Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Soul Silver after I finish Platinum, so I wanted to see if I could solve this lag problem.
I did a little research and a lot of people said it has to do with random access speed of my Micro SDHC card. I would prefer an 8GB card that has a very fast random access speed so I can run my Pokémon games with better performance (no lag at all, if possible). The card would have to be an SDHC though because of my Flashcard version.
What do you think would give me the best performance out of my Flashcard in terms of random access speed, read speed, and write speed? A few options to choose from would be nice. Is $15 reasonable?
Also, I am not interested in buying a new Flashcard. I am satisfied with mine, I just need an upgrade in terms of the Micro SDHC Card.
