Hacking Which loader does remove or block the update from backup

Which loader does remove or block the update from backup?
I mean when we ran a game from usb loader : usb loader gx, wii flown, usb loader configurable, neoramma... which one of these did the block or remove the update ?

all the usb loaders do this

Most (if not all) backup loaders will do this.
Though it is better to run a game with Gecko OS if it needs an update so the IOS it needs can be installed.
