ROM Hack Which is better and why? ROM TOOL or CRAPPY TINY READER? for trimming?

Since rom tool wont quite work for me,seems more easy to use CTR. But does rom tool has any advatnage over CTR??

I prefer "3DS to Cia"(You can find it on maxconsole). It's a multipurpose tool but it has card1 and even card2 trimming. So far I've never had a problem with it.
