which extension I can run for Wii U to run Wii Games
iso files or WBFS
As I will hack my Virtual wii on my Wii U to run wii Games
using super smash brows brawl method
And I need to know which ext that I should download
ISO Or wbfs For wii Games
do I have to always keep the 2 GB SD On the device ? as I am using another 64 GB SDXC card For Loadiine GX2
My OS is 5.5.1

If you use Wii Backup Manager both will be fine.
You should definitely read the vWii sticky post as the hdd can be formatted two different ways also, one of wich will let you run your GameCube backups and allow for multiple partitions, the other will not.
Loads more useful and also some crucial info that you really do need to understand in the sticky.
