Which emulators vcvgames could be used with wiimote only?

    I think I described my question in the title =] I only have wiimote, what emus and vc games can I use it on? any N64,gc or other emus for wiimote? thanks, sorry short post typing it with wiimote =#

    You can not play N64 games with a wiimote.

    Well it depends, on SNES9X you can but on the Virtual Console you can't.

    Not real snes vc games, but with the snes emu (which can be implemented on unmodded wiis) you can.

    genesis/MD, NES and turbografx definitely work.

    How come no-one's hacked in Wiimote support for injected VC games and current ones? I would've thought it would be relatively easy to get the Wii to accept the Wiimote to play VC games. Or is there something I'm not seeing here?

    cause a) it would be absolutely senseless (what good do 4 buttons in a REALLY crappy order do you for snes or neogeo?) and b) there's no sourcecode for the emulators, making it a real bitch to modify anything.

    Godfromdfo, I get where you're coming from. Super Smash Bros. on Wii is sweet - but the available pads are all wrong if you're used to the intended control scheme. To put it modestly I am good at the game, but I just can't play it on Wii. Unofficial Gamecube pads are around £2.50 on the high street, so that might be your best option if the game's new for you. Otherwise I'd recommend re-wiring an N64 pad.
